Unlike cotton, bamboo fibers are naturally finer and smoother, so “thread count” isn’t the best measure of quality. Our Lunaya sheets are crafted from 100% certified bamboo viscose (tested by Intertek & SGS), which delivers buttery softness, breathability, and durability far beyond what a high thread count cotton sheet can achieve.

What’s the difference between King and Queen sets?
The difference is in the size.
- King Set: Fitted sheet (180×200 cm), duvet cover (240×220 cm), 2 pillowcases, and a flat sheet.
- Queen Set: Fitted sheet (160×200 cm), duvet cover (210×210 cm), 2 pillowcases, and a flat sheet.
Both are made from the same buttery-soft, breathable bamboo fabric — the only choice is how much room you want to stretch out in.

What is a duvet cover, and why do I need it?

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Lunaya bedding is 100% plant-based, with no animal products and no animal testing. Just bamboo, earth-kind processes, and certifications that prove our care for people, animals, and the planet.
Are bamboo sheets cooling for hot sleepers in the UAE?
Yes. Bamboo is naturally thermoregulating, which means it helps your body stay cool in hot, humid nights and comfortably warm when it’s cooler. Many of our customers in the UAE say it’s the first time they’ve woken up without overheating.
Are the fitted sheets deep enough for thick mattresses?
Absolutely. Our fitted sheets are designed with deep pockets (up to 35 cm) and strong elastic all around, so they stay snug on both standard and thicker mattresses without popping off in the middle of the night.
Do Lunaya bamboo sheets wrinkle or fade?
Like all natural fabrics, bamboo may show light creases after washing — but that’s part of its softness, and they relax naturally once on the bed. As for fading: as long as you skip bleach and wash on a cool cycle, your colors will stay rich and vibrant wash after wash.
How long do bamboo sheets last compared to cotton?
Bamboo fibers are naturally long and silky, making them more resistant to pilling and wear than cotton. With the right care, your Lunaya sheets can last 2–3 times longer than standard cotton sheets, while staying smooth and soft.

How do I wash my Lunaya bamboo sheets?
Keep it simple:
- Wash in cold water (max 30°C) on a gentle cycle.
- Line dry or tumble dry low.
- No bleach, no fabric softeners.
Pro tip: wrinkles relax naturally once you sleep on them, but if you love a crisp look, a quick steam or light iron works wonders.
Do Lunaya sheets shrink after washing?
Not when cared for properly. Bamboo fibers naturally relax after the first wash, giving a snug fit on your mattress without shrinking beyond size.
Can I tumble dry my Lunaya bedding?
Yes — but keep it gentle. Low heat or delicate settings work best. For the softest finish and fewer wrinkles, we recommend line drying whenever possible.
Do I need to use fabric softener with bamboo sheets?
No — in fact, fabric softener can coat the fibers and reduce breathability. Lunaya sheets are naturally silky and soften even more over time. Just a mild, eco-friendly detergent is all you need.
Can I use bleach or stain removers on bamboo sheets?
Ideally, no. Bleach and harsh stain removers can weaken bamboo fibers and cause colors to fade. For stains, we recommend a mild, eco-friendly detergent or a natural baking soda/vinegar solution.
Do your colors fade after multiple washes?
Not at all — as long as you care for them properly. Avoid bleach, wash on a cool cycle (30°C or less), and line dry when possible. Follow those steps, and your Lunaya colors will stay as calming and beautiful as the day you unboxed them.

Do you ship internationally outside the GCC?
Not yet — but we’re working on it. For now, we proudly ship across the UAE, GCC, and Lebanon.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of products that have not been opened, washed or used within 14 days of ship date. These items must be in their original packaging with tags still attached and in a resalable condition.
How quickly will my refund be processed if I return an order?
Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. And don’t worry — return shipping is on us.
Do you offer exchanges if I want a different color or size?
Yes, but only if your original package is still unopened and unused. Once opened, we can’t accept exchanges for hygiene reasons — but don’t worry, if something feels off, our 14-night money-back guarantee still has you covered.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Yes. Every bedding set comes in a reusable bamboo drawstring bag and is shipped in recyclable, eco-conscious packaging. No unnecessary plastics, no excess waste.
Why bamboo, and not organic cotton or linen?
Because bamboo does what cotton and linen can’t: it balances skin sensitivity, breathability, and sustainability all in one. Linen can feel coarse, cotton needs heavy water and pesticide use, but bamboo is naturally soft, low-impact, and cooling in hot climates like the UAE.
Can I buy individual items (like just a duvet cover or pillowcases)?
Not yet. Right now, Lunaya bedding is only available as complete sets — fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillowcases, and duvet cover; because we believe true rest is a full ritual. But single items may be added in the future.
